Reminder to Myself

John Morrow's podcast on the Chattanooga teachers was interesting. Note that one of the first things they did was get rid of the people who refused to change what they were doing, but they didn't (as far as I can tell) slide all the way to the other side and assume that everything wrong was the teachers' fault, either. Although, I would like to ask them what they'd do with Oh-Dear.
